I think its time to we all made resolution to take healthy life style for general not just for our good health but also for a little selfish healthy skin.

Tip 1:

First tip is to make sure you are drinking water. Drinking water in good amount makes your skin health and glowing.

                                                     


TIP 2:

Make sure your food has more colors on its leaves .especially get some green vegetables ,Leafy vegetables are useful for treatment of your skin. It has more fiber in it that makes your skin great.

                                            


TIP 3:

Keep that mind, quit smocking in this year. Its damages your skin and health.

                                                  

                                                


TIP 4:

Reduce consumption of salty food. especially like chips and fast food, it has large amount of saalt.it dehydrate your body and skin.

                                                                


TIP 5:

Don't forget exfoliate your skin regularly, so this can b done with the use of a chemical based formulation which available in market r you can take suggestion from your dermatologist

                                                      

                                                           


TIP 6:

Always remember to remove your makeup before you go to bed and that is make a whole way important for your skin a whole day.

                                        

                                                    


TIP 7:

How can i forget about this important tip. Make sure that u get exercise. when you exercise your skin start grow and your whole body feels much more healthy.
